Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl kvantifikovat dopady deregulací nájemného na ceny na trhu nemovitostí. K tomu účelu byly použity dva modelové přístupy; konkrétně ARIMAX model a VAR model s exogenní proměnnou. Dopady byly odhadovány zvlášť pro všech 14 krajů České republiky. Abstract:
The thesis aims to quantify the impact of rent deregulation on property prices. Using different model approaches (namely ARIMAX and VAR model with an exogenous variable), the impacts are estimated for fourteen regions of the Czech Republic.
