Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice rekodifikace správního trestání v České republice. Po úvodu do problematiky správního trestání, práce nastiňuje změny, které nastaly jak v hmotněprávní úpravě, tak i v procesněprávní úpravě správního trestání, a to s účinností ode dne 1. 7. 2016. The thesis deals with the issue of recodification of administrative punishment in the Czech Republic. After an introduction to the issue of administrative punishment, the thesis outlines the changes that have occurred in both the substantive and procedural regulation of administrative punishment, with effect from 1 July 2017.
