Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje podpoře duševního zdraví na pracovišti a vlivu pracoviště na zaměstnance. Práce reaguje na nedostačenou podporu duševního zdraví organizacemi. Cílem práce je zjištění situace podpory duševního zdraví a celkového blaha zaměstnanců v kancelářích. This bachelor's thesis is devoted to the promotion of mental health in the workplace and the influence of the workplace on employees.
