Abstract:

Absolventská práce ukazuje problematiku současného otcovství a mateřství v moderní společnosti. Tyto role přestávají fungovat a odpovědní činitelé a sociální pracovníci stojí před výzvou na to reagovat. Proto Karin Böllert a Corinna Peter zmiňují nový pojem „sociální otcovství“ a nutnost pozitivních příkladů, které evokují nové a účinné přístupy k problematice. Přístup Gustava Junga představuje archetyp otcovství v každém jednání člověka a práce Viktora Frankla pak upřesňuje, které aspekty by měl proces dozrávání k „sociálnímu otcovství“ obsahovat. Tyto teoretické principy pak se aplikovaly na román Marie Calasanz Ziesche „Die letzte Freiheit“, z něhož byly vybrány příklady dobré praxe. Heřman z Althausenu se setkává s různými osobami, které v jeho životě hrají důležitou roli, a bylo prakticky ukázáno, jak se teorie Gustava Junga, Karin Böllert, Corinny Peter a Viktora Frankla v nich odráží. To se dále promítlo i do posouzení sociální práce sociálního pracovníka.Bylo zjištěno, že příběhy jsou aktuální a popisují mnohé aspekty, se kterými se musí potýkat i současní lidé, protože lidské nitro zůstává stejné.

Abstract:

The graduate thesis shows the problems of contemporary fatherhood and motherhood in modern society. These roles are ceasing to function and policymakers and social workers are challenged to respond. Therefore, Ms. Böllert and Corinna Peter mention the new concept of "social fatherhood" and the necessity of positive examples that evoke new and effective approaches to the issue. Gustav Jung´s approach represents the archetype of fatherhood in every human action, and Viktor Frankl's then specifies which aspects the process of maturing to "social fatherhood" should contain. These theoretical principles were then applied to Maria Calasanz Ziescxhe's novel "Hermann of Reichenau: The Story of the Salve Regina and the Triumph of the Human Spirit.“ Herman from Althausen meets various people who play an important role in his life and it was practically shown how the theory of Jung, Böllert, Peter and Viktor Frankl is reflected in them. This was also reflected in the assessment of the social worker's social work.The stories were found to be current and describe many aspects that people today have to deal with as the human core remains the same.
