Diplomová práce „Kytarová tvorba Toru Takemitsua“ je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První stručně pojednává o životě a díle skladatele s ohledem na vývoj jeho kompozičního přístupu. Jádro práce tvoří druhá kapitola, která se zabývá původní tvorbou pro sólovou kytaru a zaměřuje se na analýzu harmonie, formy, tektoniky a motivicko-tematické práce. Diploma thesis „The Guitar Work of Toru Takemitsu“ is divided into three chapters. The first one briefly deals with the composer’s life and oeuvre in regard to the development of his compositional approach.
