Analysis of the swimming technique breaststroke
Abstract:
V první části diplomové práce jsem se nejprve věnoval popisu historie a vývoje techniky plaveckého způsobu prsa. Dále jsem charakterizoval biomechanickou a fyziologickou stránku plavecké výkonnosti. V praktické části jsem se zaměřil na analýzu techniky pěti závodních plavců v jejich přípravném a následně závodním období tréninkového cyklu.
Abstract:
In the first part of the diploma thesis, I attended to description of history and development of swimming technique breaststroke. After that, I characterised biomechanics and physiological laws in swimming efficiency. In practical part, I focused to analysis of the technique of the five competitive swimmers in their training and racing season.
