The topic of this bachelor thesis is total hip arthroplasty, but the main focus is the following complex rehabilitation of the patient. This thesis is divided in to three parts. Témou tejto bakalárskej práce je totálna náhrada bedrového kĺbu, ale najmä následná komplexná rehabilitácia pacienta. Táto práca je rozdelená na tri hlavné časti. Obecná časť sa venuje anatómii oblasti bedrového kĺbu, indikáciami totálnej endoprotézy, endoprotetikou a potencionálnymi komplikáciami.
