Manager's personality and its influence on the workplace
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na to, jak může osobnost manažera ovlivnit pracovní prostředí. Zabývá se popisem jednotlivých typů osobností a jejich vlastnostmi, jsou zde však obsaženy také jednotlivé styly řízení, problematika gender managementu, motivace a komunikace.
Abstract:
This work is focused on how manager's personality can influence the workplace. It describes various personality types but it also contains different styles of management, gender management issues, motivation and communication.
