Diplomová práce se zabývá řešením rozhodovacích procesů při investici do rezidenční nemovitosti a následné držbě. The diploma thesis deals with the decision-making processes in residential property investment and subsequent possession. The main objective is to propose a solution to decision-making processes based on realistic model situations in long-term rental and possession of residental real estate.
