Abstract:
Úlohou této práce je nastínit historický vývoj uzavírání pojistných smluv, a to až do současnosti. Od nejstarších dochovaných historických smluv až po ty současné. Dále jsou zde popsány jednotlivé zákony a jejich porovnání.
Abstract:
The task of this work is to outline the historical development of insurance contracts, up to the present. From the oldest preserved historical treaties to the current ones. Furthermore, the individual laws and their comparison are described here.
