Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem termických, strukturních a mechanických vlastností biopolymerních struktur PLA s rozdílným hmotnostním obsahem uhličitanu vápenatého (1,5 - 10 hm. %). Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a experimentální část. V teoretické části je pojednáváno o minerálních částicových plnivech (talku, wollastonitu, slídě a uhličitanu vápenatém). U každého minerálu je uvedeno k čemu slouží a jaké má fyzikální vlastnosti. V experimentální části je rozebrán postup výroby biopolymerních struktur a jednotlivé technologie pro měření požadovaných vlastností připravených vzorků. Následně jsou data vyhodnocena na základě vlivu množství uhličitanu vápenatého na biopolymerní matrici PLA. V závěrečné části je diskuze výsledků a doporučení.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the research of termic, structural and mechanic properties of PLA biopolymer structure with different calcium carbonate content by weight (1,5 - 10 wt%). Bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and experimental part. In the theoretical part there are discussed mineral particulate fillers (talc, wollastonite, mica and calcium carbonate). For each mineral there is stated what it is used for and what its physical properties are. The experimental part discusses the approach of production of biopolymer structures and individual technologies for measuring the required properties of prepared samples. Then, the data are evaluated based on the effect of the amount of calcium carbonate on the biopolymer matrix of PLA. The final part is a discussion of results and recommendations.
