Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá markery jaterního poškození. První část práce nás seznamuje s anatomií jater, včetně jaterních buněk a funkce jater. Základní funkce jater lze dělit na metabolické, sekreční a biotransformační. Druhá část se věnuje jednotlivým markerům a jejich detekci. Abstract:
My bachelor thesis is concerned with markers of liver injury. The first part of my work describes anatomy of the liver including liver cells and functions of the liver. Basic liver functions can be divided into metabolic, secretory and biotransformation. Second part is about particular markers and their detection.
