Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá bakteriemi rodu Mycobacterium. Teoretická část je zaměřena především na obecnou charakteristiku rodu, metody používané k diagnóze mykobakterií a jejich klinický význam. Největší část práce je věnována právě klinickému významu a to hlavně nemocem tuberkulóza a lepra. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with genus Mycobacterium. The theoretical part is focused on the general characteristics of the genus, the laboratory diagnosis of mycobacteria and its clinical importance. The significant part of the thesis is dedicated to clinical relevance, mainly tuberculosis and leprosy.
