Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem „Šikana a odlišnost“ je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, a to na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zaměřuje zejména na problematiku šikany v návaznosti na odlišnost jedince. Soustředím se na projevy osobnosti, které mohou být zdrojem šikany dětí, na normalitu a abnormalitu člověka. Pozornost věnuji také procesu šikany, chování šikanovaného dítěte a projevům šikanování, které slouží jako varovné signály. Samozřejmě poukážu na možnou prevenci šikany, jelikož je nezbytnou součástí této problematiky. Praktická část se věnuje názorům žáků druhého stupně základní školy na problematiku šikany a na způsob, jak vnímají určité odlišnosti žáků. Cílem výzkumného šetření empirické části je zmapovat, které odlišnosti jsou podle žáků druhého stupně základní školy nejrizikovější, a je jim tak třeba věnovat více pozornosti. Dále se budu věnovat preventivním programům základních škol a pokusím se je analyzovat a porovnat.

Abstract:

The thesis called “Bullying and difference” is divided into two main parts, namely the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused primarily on the issue of bullying in relation to an individual´s difference. I concentrate on the manifestations of personality which could possibly be a source of bullying of children, on the normality and abnormality of man. I also pay attention to the process of bullying, behaviour of bullied child and manifestations of bullying which serve as warning signals. Of course, I refer to possible prevention of bullying, as it is an essential part of this issue. The practical part is focused on the opinions of pupils from the second level of primary school on the issue of bullying and on the way they perceive certain differences of pupils. The aim of the research survey of the empiric part is to map which differences are the riskiest according to the opinion of pupils from the second level of primary school and it is therefore necessary to pay more attention to them. I will then devote to the preventive programmes for primary schools and I will try to analyze and compare them.
