Law and Sport - Legitimacy of Sport Rules

Abstract:

Práce je věnována tématu sportu a práva. V úvodní části se rozebírají pojmy norma právní a sportovní. Významnou pasáží první části je pojednání o odpovědnosti sportovce při sportovní činnosti. Bližšímu rozboru je potom podrobena odpovědnost trestní. Druhá část se věnuje florbalu. Rozebrána je historie tohoto odvětví. Důraz je pak kladen na vysvětlení fungování florbalového svazu, vztahy mezi jeho členy a v závěru práce je potom popsána organizace na mezinárodní úrovni.

Abstract:

The work is devoted to the topic of sport and law. In the introductory section examines the concepts of rule of law and sport. Important passages of the first part is a treatise on the responsibilities athletes in sport. Closer analysis is then subjected to criminal liability. The second part deals with floorball. Analyzed the history of the industry. Emphasis is placed on explaining the functioning of the Floorball Federation, relations between its members and the conclusion of the thesis is then described by the organization at international level.
