Bakalářská práce se zabývá online způsoby řešení sporů ve spotřebitelských věcech. Problematika je rozebírána z pohledu českého práva, které je v této oblasti úzce propojeno s unijní úpravou. This bachelor thesis deals with consumer online dispute resolution. The issue is discussed from the perspective of Czech law, which is closely connected with Union regulation in this area. There are intro-duced non-EU ODR platforms for comparison with abroad.
