Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a konstrukcí nářadí pro čelní nakladač. Konstrukce stroje na rozkrajování balíků pro krmení skotu, který ulehčuje práci v zemědělském průmyslu. Literární rešerše se zabývá především vlastním rozdělením rozkrajovačů podle uložení dvojčinných hydromotorů, které jsou podstatnou součástí stroje. Dále se rozdělují podle přidržovačů, které mají za úkol přidržovat při krájení balíků jejich vnější obal, ve kterém jsou zabaleny. Další část je věnována hydromotorům a jejich částem. Jedná se jen o malou část tohoto odvětví, avšak je zde uvedeno vše, co je potřebné pro pochopení provozu tohoto motoru. V poslední části se literární rešerše zabývá základními informacemi a také náhledem do vývoje o programu, v němž se rozkrajovač balíků vytvářel. Jedná se o 3D modelovací program pro konstrukci SOLIDWORKS. V aplikační části jsem se zabýval výpočty dvojčinných hydromotorů, které uvádí stroj do pohybu. Jde o orientační výpočty, jelikož hydromotory jsou složkou nakupovanou a katalogové údaje od firem vypovídají o mnohých údajích potřebných pro konstrukci stroje. Poslední část se zabývá postupem konstrukce a výroby jednotlivých dílů i celků, tedy sestav.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis deals with the design and construction of tools for front loaders. Specifically the construction of machine paring bales for feeding cattle, which eases human labour in the agricultural industry. This thesis mainly investigates the different varieties of paring machines according to the location the double-acting hydraulic motors, which are the substantial part of the machine. Furthermore, the paring machines are divided by the retainers, whose task is task to hold bales whilst cutting their outer packaging in which they are wrapped. Another section is devoted to hydraulic motors and their parts. It is just a small part of this sector, but also mentions all that is necessary for understanding the operation of the engine. In the final part the thesis deals with basic information and also an insight into the development of a 3D modelling program called SolidWorks, used to create the paring machine. In the application part I dealt with the calculations of double-acting hydraulic motors, which gives the machine its motion. The calculations are indicative, since the hydraulic motors are a component of shopping and the catalog data from the companies indicate a number of data required for the construction of the machine. The last part deals with the design and manufacture of individual parts and components, and their assembly.
