Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce “Management rodinného podnikání” je představení problematiky rodinného podnikání v konkrétní firmě. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou představeny pojmy rodinné podnikání, model F-PEC škály, hodnoty, podniková kultura, mise, vize, strategie, nástupnictví. V rámci aplikační části práce je analyzováno současné prostředí podniku, rodinná firma dle modelu F-PEC škály a její stávající nástroje offline a online marketingové komunikace. Pozornost je také věnována misi, vizi, strategii firmy a problematice nástupnictví. V praktické části práce je také uvedena podpora podnikání pro konkrétní firmu a jednotlivá doporučení a návrhy pro zlepšení offline a online marketingové komunikace. Cílem práce je definovat pojem rodinný podnik. Zjistit, jakým způsobem je vybraná rodinná firma řízena. Na základě vyhodnocení analýz vybraného podniku navrhnout náměty na zlepšení komunikačních aktivit firmy.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis "Management of the family business" is the introduction of the issues of family business in a particular company. The theoretical part introduces the concepts of the family business model F-PEC scale, values, corporate culture, mission, vision, strategy, succession. In practical part of the thesis, the current business environment, a family business under the F-PEC scale and its current tools of the offline and online marketing communication are analyzed. Attention is also given to the mission, vision and strategy of the company and the issue of succession. In the practical part is also listed business support for a particular company and individual recommendations and suggestions for the improvement of offline and online marketing communications. The aim of this thesis is definition of the concept of a family business and determination how the selected family company is managed. Proposals of suggestions for improvement of communication activities of the company is based on the evaluation analyzes of the selected company.
