A legal Status and a Force of the Authorities of a Limited Lability Company.

Abstract:

The first two chapters of bachelor thesis called ,,A Legal Status and a Force of the Authorities of the Limited Liability Company“ are dedicated to a detailed description of the authority acting in the Limited Liability Company of the general legal terms, also the company itself. Limited Liability Company (hereiafter „company“) and a legal competence of the authorities of the company in the European Union countries are compared in the third chapter.

Abstract:

V našej bakalárskej práci pod názvom ,,Právne postavenie a pôsobnosť orgánov spoločnosti s ručením obmedzeným“, som sa rozhodla venovať podrobnému popisu orgánov pôsobiacim v spoločnosti s ručením obmedzeným zo všeobecného aj právneho hľadiska, ako aj samotnej spoločnosti v prvej a druhej kapitole. V tretej kapitole budeme porovnávať spoločnosť s ručením obmedzeným (ďalej len ,,spoločnosť“) a právnu pôsobnosť orgánov spoločnosti vo vybraných krajinách Európskej únie.
