Juvenile delinquency, their behavior and experience in VTOS /punishment of imprisonment/, relationship and family support, its structure, context and background

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá kriminalitou mladistvých a přiblížením výkonu trestního opatření odnětí svobody ve věznici Všehrdy. Vymezuje základní pojmy týkající se této problematiky. Popisuje postavení mladistvých delikventů v trestním právu, zabývá se samotnou realizací výkonu trestu, kde seznamuje s programy zacházení, vzdělávacími a zájmovými činnostmi. Zaměřuje se na rodinné prostředí z kterého tento jedinec pochází, jak jej ovlivňuje před, během a po propuštění z VTOS. Hledá východiska, způsoby a možnosti intervence. V průzkumné části se snaží proniknout blíže k těmto mladistvým odsouzeným. Zjišťuje jaká byla jejich delikventní činnost, jaký vliv na jejich postoje, názory, chování a prožívání má rodina a prostředí trestu odnětí svobody.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with juvenile delinquency and with approaching of criminal enforcement measures involving deprivation of liberty in prison Vsehrdy. It defines the basic terms related to this issue. It describes the status of juvenile offenders in the criminal law. It deals with the actual implementation of the sentence, which introduces the treatment programs, educational and leisure activities. It focuses on the family environment from which the individual comes. It describes how the environment influences him before, during and after his release from prison. The bachelor work seeks for starting points and ways of intervention. In the exploration part it tries to approach these young convicted. It identifies what was their delinquent activities, and what is the impact of their families and the prison environment on their attitudes, beliefs, behaviors and feelings.
