Aircraft Boarding Methods and Possible Improvements

Abstract:

Práce popisuje principy procesu nástupu a výstupu cestujících z letadel. Nástup a výstup cestujících je zařazen mezi ostatní pozemní operace, které probíhají při odbavení letadla. Jednotlivé nástupní metody jsou principiálně popsány a vzájemně porovnány. K zefektivnění nástupu cestujících jsou navrhnuty opatření v rámci koordinace cestujících v gatu.

Abstract:

The work describes principles of boarding methods. The boarding is classified among other operations ongoing on the plane during the turnaround time. Boarding methods are described individually and compared to each other. These methods are used for faster boarding, reducing turnaround time and reduction of final costs. Improvements for shorter boarding time will be suggested. These improvements will be established on better passenger coordination in the gate.
