Diplomová práce se zabývá označováním alergenů na potravinách a pokrmech z pohledu spotřebitele. Teoretická část se zabývá jednotlivými imunopatologickými reakcemi a potravinovou alergií včetně diagnostiky, projevů a léčby. Dále se zabývá jednotlivými potravinovými alergeny a vztahy mezi nimi. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the labeling of allergens on food and meals from a consumer perspective. The theoretical part deals with particular immunopathological reactions and food allergy, including diagnosis, symptoms and treatment.
