Monitoring of organic substances in groundwater by LC-MS/MS

Abstract:

Úkolem této bakalářské práce bylo vypracovat literární rešerši na téma "Výskyt organických látek v podzemních vodách" se zaměřením na pesticidy. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty informace o pesticidech, jejich vlastnostech, rozdělení a jsou rozebírány konkrétní pesticidy nalezené ve vzorcích. Tato část pojednává i o metodě použité ke stanovení pesticidů, legislativě a stavu podzemních vod u nás i ve světě. Experimentální část uvádí způsob stanovení, podmínky měření a použité nástroje. V rámci jednoho roku byly odebírány vzorky podzemní vody z artézského vrtu a mělké zvodně, které se zanalyzovaly a stanovily koncentraci nalezených pesticidů. Ve studni v Malšovicích byla naměřena nejnižší koncentrace 11 ng/l u atrazinu a nejvyšší koncentrace 1403 ng/l u chloridazon-desphenylu. Celkem byly nalezeny 3 pesticidy a 6 metabolitů. Naproti tomu v artézském vrtu byl naměřen jen metolachlor ESA v malém množství s nevyšší hodnotou 46,5 ng/l.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis aimed to work up the literary research on the topic 'Occurrence of organic substances in ground water' focused on pesticides. In the theoretical part is summarised information about pesticides, their properties, division and are analysed concrete pesticides found in samples. This part deals with a method used for the determination of pesticides, legislation, and the state of groundwater in our country and the world. The experimental part states the method of determination, conditions of measurement, and used instruments. Within one year were taken samples of groundwater from the artesian well and shallow aquifer which were analysed and was assessed the concentration of found pesticides. In the well of Malšovice was measured the lowest concentration 11 ng/l of atrazine and the highest concentration 1403 ng/l of chloridazon-desphenyl. In sum there were found 3 pesticides and 6 metabolites. On the contrary in the artesian well was measured only metolachlor ESA in a small amount with the highest value 46.5 ng/l.
