EEM parametrization
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá parametrizací metody EEM. V rámci práce byl nastudován teoretický základ metody EEM a metody nejmenších čtverců. Dále byl implementován software EEM MolPam, který slouží k výpočtu empirických parametrů ze zadané vstupní množiny molekul. Na závěr práce bylo provedeno několik analýz na reálných chemických datech.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with EEM parametrization. Theoretical basics of the least square method as well as EEM method were get up as a part of this work. Software EEM MolPam designed for calculating empirical parameters of the EEM method was then implemented. In the end, EEM MolPam was used to perform a couple of real chemical data based analyses.
