Tato diplomová práce zkoumá dialogickou komunikaci mezi začínajícími učiteli a žáky. Práce je členěna do dvou částí, jedná se o část teoretickou a část praktickou. This thesis explores dialogical communication between a starting teachers and students. The work is divided into two parts; a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part we deal with pedagogical communication, we pay extra attention to the dialogue used while teaching and the personality of the teacher.
