Customer Identification and Due Diligence on Financial Market
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá oblastí peněžního trhu a s ním spojenou identifikací a kontrolou klienta. Stěžejní část práce je zaměřena na soulad příslušných právních předpisů v oblasti realizace identifikace a kontroly klientů užívajících finančních služeb soukromoprávních bank.
Abstract:
This thesis concerns the customer identification and due diligence on financial market. The major part of the thesis is focused on the harmony between the relevant legal acts and identification processes and due diligence of customers using financial services of private banking.
