Transformation of residential care facilities in terms of staff

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je ?Transformace pobytové sociální služby z pohledu pracovníků zařízení?. V práci se zaměřuji na proces transformace v pobytovém zařízení, poskytující sociální služby osobám se zdravotním znevýhodněním. Cílem práce je zmapovat přijetí transformačního procesu pracovníky zařízení. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou celků: teoretická a empirická část. První kapitola teoretické části je zaměřena na historii ústavní péče, legislativu sociální péče a pracovníky ústavních zařízení. Druhá kapitola mapuje současný trend v poskytování sociálních služeb, legislativu sociálních služeb, standardy kvality a pracovníky v sociálních službách. Třetí kapitola popisuje stěžejní pojem bakalářské práce a tím je proces transformace. V empirické části se zabývám popisem konkrétního pobytového zařízení, které prochází procesem transformace a na pracovníky u kterých zjišťuji, zda je tento proces ovlivnil.

Abstract:

The theme of this thesis is ?The Transformation of the Residential Social Service from the Perspective of its Staff?. I have focused on the proces of transformation in the residential facility that offers and provides social services to persons with health disabilities. The main aim of this thesis is to monitor the acceptance of the transformation proces by the staff employed in the facility. The thesis is divided into 2 parts: theoretical and empirical. The first chapter of the theoretical part is concentrated on the history of the institutional social care, legislation of social care and employees of institutional social facilities. The second chapter monitors the current and coincident trend in the offer of social services, the social services legislation, the quality standards and the social services staff. The third chapter describes the principal concept of the thesis - the process of transformation. In the empirical part of my thesis I describe one specific residential social facility which is currently undergoing the process of transformation and I also monitor the facility staff trying to find out whether and how were they influenced in this process or not.
