Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá diagnostikou diabetu mellitu v metabolické ordinaci ÚKBH FN Plzeň. Úvod teoretická části se věnuje anatomii a fyziologii pankreatu, metabolismu inzulinu a glukózy. Dále jsou vysvětlovány pojmy diabetes mellitus, epidemiologie diabetu a definice a klasifikace diabetu včetně akutních a chronických komplikací, které onemocnění doprovází. The bachelor's thesis deals with the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus in the metabolic clinic of the ÚKBH FN Plzeň. The introduction to the theoretical part is devoted to the anatomy and physiology of the pancreas, insulin and glucose metabolism.
