Abstract:

Diplomová práca je zameraná na reštaurovanie časti renesančného štukového epitafu Hodějovských z Hodějova. Renesančný epitaf, ktorý vznikol v roku 1582 sa nachádza v interiéri kostola Narození sv. Jana Křtitele v Českom Rudolci. Práca sa skladá z reštaurátorského prieskumu a dokumentácie. Následne je doplnená o fotografickú, grafickú a textovú prílohu. Teoretická časť diplomovej práce, ktorá nadväzuje na praktickú časť sa zaoberá experimentálnym skúmaním použitých zložiek a technologickým prevedením vybranej štukovej časti epitafu a jeho maliarskej farebnej vrstvy. V prvej časti sa zaoberá technikou renesančnej polychrómie na štuku alebo inom omietkovom podklade. Druhá časť sa sústredí na vyhodnotenia všetkých poznatkov a pokusov, ktoré sú následne praktizované na technologickej kópii diela z reštaurovanej časti epitafu.

Abstract:

The focus of this dissertation is the restoration of a part of the Renaissance stucco epitaph of the Hodějovský family from the town Hodějov. The Renaissance epitaph, created in 1582, is located in the interiors of the Church of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist in Český Rudolec. This study consists of research on restoration, its documentation and is subsequently supported by a photographic, graphic and text appendices. The theoretical part of this research, followed by the practical section, is based on the experimental study of used components on the commemoration. Moreover, the technological design of the selected stucco part of the epitaph and its paint layer is examined. The first section of this dissertation accentuates the technique of Renaissance polychromy on stucco or other plaster base while the second part provides the evaluation of findings and experiments. These are then applied on a technological copy of the research from the restored part of the epitaph.
