Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá informovaností laické a odborné veřejnosti v oblasti transplantací. V teoretické části práce je popsaná historie transplantací, zabývá se právní problematikou v ČR, etickou problematikou, diagnostikou mozkové smrti a vyšetřeními nutnými pro transplantaci orgánů. Empirická část je zaměřena na úroveň znalostí, názorů a postojů laické i odborné veřejnosti k transplantacím.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the topic of non-professional and professional awareness in the field of transplantation. There is a theoretical part that speaks about the history of transplantation, legal aspect of it in the Czech Republic, ethical issues, the diagnosis of brain death and the tests needed for the organ transplantation.
