Abstract:
This diploma thesis called Cause and Prevention of Economic Crime at beginning explains the term of Economical criminality, it is followed by it's short characteristic, structuring and it's developements as well. Essence of this thesis is to discover causes of this criminality, which I do by specifying it's utmost amount and then I try to explain possible prevention actions.
