Cílem práce je popsat přípravy konference Projektování a provoz povrchových úprav a následně ji zhodnotit z několika různých hledisek. Práce je rozdělena do 3 částí. V první části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy z oblasti kongresového cestovního ruchu. Druhá část se zabývá přípravami vybrané konference. The aim of this thesis is to describe the preparations of the conference Projektování a provoz povrchových úprav and to evaluate it from different points of view. The thesis is divided into 3 parts.
