Automatic cell counting in Bürker chamber
Abstract:
Cílem práce bylo navrhnout a implementovat algoritmus, který bude využívat metody zpracování obrazu pro automatické počítání buněk na snímcích Bürkerovy komůrky. Algoritmus byl implementován v přiloženém programu CellCounter, jeho výsledky byly v textu práce vyhodnoceny z hlediska rychlosti a přesnosti detekce.
Abstract:
The goal of the thesis was to propose and implement an algorithm that would use image analysis methods to determine the number of cells on the photographs of Bürker counting chamber. The algorithm has been implemented in the CellCounter program, and its performance and precision have been evaluated in the text of the thesis.
