Témou bakalárskej práce je Obchodný podiel spoločníka v spoločnosti s ručením obmedzeným. Práca je rozdelená do štyroch kapitol. Každá kapitola ma osobitný význam a zohráva dôležitú úlohu v pochopení práce ako jednotného celku.
