Company culture in multinational company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá dvěma firemními kulturami v rámci jedné společnosti. Cílem je vymezit odlišnosti těchto prostředí a posoudit, zda způsobují rozdíly v míře spokojenosti zaměstnanců v porovnávaných kulturách. Firemní kultura každé organizace je specifická a její zkoumání poměrně složité. Silná a správně nadefinovaná organizační kultura je významným zdrojem motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců a její dopad na výkonnost organizace je stěžejní.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with two corporate cultures within one organization. The objective is to define differences of the cultures and consider whether they cause differences in satisfaction rate of employees in compared cultures. Corporate culture of each organisation is specific and its research rather complex. Strong and correctly defined organisational culture is a significant source of employee motivation and satisfaction and its impact on the organisation efficiency is fundamental.
