Risk management in SMEs

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je řízení rizik ve stavebním podniku středního rozsahu. V teoretické části práce jsou uvedeny různé definice pojmu riziko a jeho rozdílné klasifikace. Následně práce uvádí zdroje rizik, řízení rizik a jejich analýzu pomocí různých metod. Dále jsou zmíněny možnosti hodnocení, ošetření a monitorování rizik. V závěru teoretické části jsou vytýčené odlišné způsoby eliminace rizik. Praktická část práce je zacílena na konkrétní stavební zakázku. Je zde provedena identifikace a následná analýza rizik společnosti. Součástí je taktéž vlastní návrh řešení, kde jsou společnosti předložena doporučení ke zmírnění či odstranění rizik do budoucna.

Abstract:

The subject of this diploma thesis is the risk management in a medium-sized construction company. The theoretical part of the thesis shows different definitions of the term risk and its different classification. Consequently, the diploma thesis presents various sources of risk, risk management and their analysis. In addition, there are illustrated options for evaluation, treatment and risk monitoring. At the end of the theoretical part, different ways of elimination risk are set out. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the concrete construction contract. This part of the thesis includes identification and risk analysis of the company. Part of this thesis is also a proposal for a solution, where are presented recommendations to moderate or eliminate risks.
