Abstract:

V této textové část bakalářská práce se zabývám komplexním procesem přípravy výstavy pěti studentů z Ateliéru Kresby Ostravské univerzity. A to od konceptu až k deinstalaci, ne jen jako umělec, ale jako kurátor napříč celým spektrem činností a oborů, které jsou součástí každé výstavy. Kromě těch základních jako instalace nebo tvorba textů, jsou to marketing, management, fundraising, ekonomie a další. Snažím se touto formou pochopit rozpory mezi školním a reálným uměleckým provozem. Zároveň bych tak ráda na tyto rozdíly poukázala. Motivací mi je i přesvědčení, že mi to může pomoci v mém vlastním vývoji a k hlubšímu porozumění umění samotného.

Abstract:

The text part of the bachelor thesis deals with complex process of preparing an exhibition of five students from Drawing studio at University of Ostrava. It follows from the concept up to the uninstallation, not just from the artists point of view, but comprehensively from the curators point of view across the entire spectra of activities and disciplines that are part of each exhibition. Apart the basic ones such as installation or text creating it includes also marketing, management, fundraising, economics and many others. My aspiration is to understand the gap between the educational and real academic operation. At the same time I would like to point out these gaps. My motivation is set by my strong belief that it can help me in my own development as well as in deeper understanding of the art itself.
