Possibilities of Determination of Microelements on Biochemical Analyzers
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo, po teoretické stránce, stručně popsat základní informace o jednotlivých stopových prvcích a jejich význam v lidském organismu. V praktické části se srovnávaly a vyhodnocovaly dvě metody pro stanovení koncentrace mědi. Obě metody pracují na stejném fotometrickém principu. The aim of this Bachelor Thesis was to briefly describe the principal information on individual trace elements and their meaning in the human body (in Theory). Two methods to define the concentration of copper were compared and evaluated in the Practical Part. Both the methods are based on the same photometric principle.
