Possibilities occupational therapy with clients after stroke

Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci na téma Ergoterapie u pacienta po CMP popisuji funkční anatomii a obecně anatomii centrální nervové soustavy. Definuji cévní mozkové příhody, epidemiologii, příčiny, klinický obraz, diagnostiku, možnosti terapie, prevenci a metody rehabilitace. Speciální část poskytuje přehled ergoterapeutických a rehabilitačních postupů a technik, které se používají u pacientů po CMP. Praktická část obsahuje kazuistiku pacientky po cévní mozkové příhodě. Popisuji ergoterapeutické postupy a techniky, které byly u pacientky použity a jakých výsledků bylo u pacientky dosaženo.

Abstract:

In my Bachelor thesis titled Occupational Therapy at Patients after CVA, I describe functional anatomy and generally anatomy of the central nervous system. I define cerebrovascular accidents, epidemiology, causes, clinical record file, diagnosis, therapy options, prevention and rehabilitation methods. A special part provides an overview of occupational therapy and rehabilitation attitudes and techniques used at patients after CVA. A practical part contains case history of a patient after a cerebrovascular accident. I describe occupational therapy procedures and techniques that were used at the patient, and I also present the results obtained at this patient.
