Proposal of Internal Guidelines of Company HBH Projekt spol. s r.o.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na tvorbu vnitřních směrnic společnosti HBH Projekt spol. s r.o. V první části je rozebrána platná legislativa, která tvorbu vnitřních směrnic upravuje. Analytická část diplomové práce soustřeďuje svoji pozornost na posouzení aktuálního stavu směrnic používaných ve sledovaném podniku. V jejím závěru je akcent věnován identifikaci zjištěných nedostatků, o které se opírá část návrhová. V návrhové části se pak vyskytuje několik navržených změn s dopadem do aktualizace stávajících směrnic, ale také s dopadem do tvorby směrnic nových, nezbytně nutných pro efektivní činnost podniku.

Abstract:

The Master thesis is focused on creation of the internal guidelines for the company HBH Projekt spol. s r.o. In the first part is analyzed current legislation, which regulates the guidelines. The analytical part of the thesis is concerned with evaluation of actual guidelines in the company. In its conclusion is stressed the identification of its found shortages, which are crucial for the following proposal part. In the proposal part can be found some suggested changes with an impact on possible update of current guidelines, but at the same time on creation of new guidelines necessary for effective operation of the company.
