This bachelor thesis deals with the Italian and Frech subjunctive. The theoretical part presents the explanation of the subjunctive type, its formation and usage in these two Romance languages. The practical part focuses on the French translation of Italian sentences in which the subjunctive occurs, the examples are taken from the book La coscienza di Zeno by the Italian author Svevo. Bakalářská práce se zabývá italským a francouzským konjunktivem. V teoretické části je vysvětleno, o jaký slovesný způsob se jedná, jak se tvoří a je zde podrobně popsáno užití v těchto dvou románských jazycích.
