Treatment of flat-footedness bilateral congenital foot (clinical case analysis treated with arthrodesis)

Abstract:

I have been more than 20 years, following sportson TV and sometimes I used to playsports, so it happens to me to deal with different kind of injuries. It occurs to me, to a friends of mine and to adversaries that while we were playing football, I usually play on the role of goalkeeper, we have risked to have an accident. The same happens in sports TV program that I usually watch. One of the most frequent injury is the ankle sprain, both to those who are in motion and those who play on the role of goalkeepers. It doesn't concern just football but also other sports as basket, volleyball, tennis, etc. For the above-mentioned reasons I decided to examine in depth this topic, to evaluate the frequency in which those accidents occur in different sports and to verify and compare the various procedures of rehabilitation.

Abstract:

Sono pi? di 20 anni che seguo in tv e talvolta pratico sport, e mi capita sovente di assistere ad infortuni di vario genere. ? capitato anche a me, dilettandomi nel giuoco del calcio nel ruolo di portiere e ad alcuni dei miei compagni e avversari, malgrado fossero incontri amichevoli, di andare incontro a lesioni; ci? capita spesso anche negli incontri che guardo alla televisione. Uno degli infortuni pi? frequenti ? la distorsione di caviglia, sia per i giocatori di movimento che per i portieri. Oltre che nel calcio, la distorsione della caviglia ? molto frequente in altri sport che seguo in tv come pallacanestro, pallavolo, tennis ecc. Proprio per questo motivo ho deciso di approfondire l'argomento, di valutare l'incidenza nei vari sport e di verificare e confrontare le varie tecniche riabilitative ed ? cos? che questa idea si ? poi trasformata nella scelta della mia tesi.
