Předmětem bakalářské práce „Právní regulace vydávání dluhopisů“ je analýza současné právní úpravy dluhopisů se zaměřením na jejich vydávání. The goal of the submitted bachelor‘s thesis “Legal Regulation of Bonds Issues“ is to analyze current bonds legislation and legislation of bonds issues especially.
