Risk and Opportunity Management (on the example of a selected Czech company)

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce byl návrh implementace systému řízení kvality dle normy ISO 9001 v úseku personálním v Dopravním podniku hl. m. Prahy, a.s. Během analýzy současného stavu byl stanoven kontext personálního úseku rozšířený o SWOT analýzu, což lépe reflektovalo aktuální situaci podniku. Výstupem byl zpracovaný Registr rizik a příležitostí úseku personálního, zpracování návodu k hodnocení rizik a příležitostí procesů a návrh opatření ke snížení hodnoty rizika. Součástí byl souhrnný popis procesů úseku personálního. Rizika identifikovaná v systému řízení kvality, která byla významná z celopodnikového hlediska a ohrožovala splnění strategie podniku, která byla v diplomové práci definovaná ve strategických cílech, byla zaevidována v celopodnikovém systému řízení rizik. Zpracovaný integrovaný systém řízení rizik zajišťuje systém informací důležitých pro strategické rozhodování podniku, včasnou identifikaci rizik a zabezpečení klíčových procesů. Práce se také zabývala zhodnocením aktuálního organizačního zabezpečení řešené oblasti. V závěru práce byla formulována doporučení ohledně řízení rizik a jeho možné navázání na další procesy podniku.

Abstract:

The aim of this master’s thesis was to describe the proposal of implementation of the Quality Management System according to the ISO 9001 standard in the Personnel section at Dopravní podnik hl. m. Praha, a.s. During the analysis of the current state, the context with the SWOT analysis was determined, which better reflected the current situation of the company. The output was the Risk and Opportunity Register of Personnel, the preparation of instructions for risk assessment and process opportunities and the proposal for risk reduction measures. A section of this thesis also contains a summary of staffing processes. The risks identified by the Quality Management System which were significant from the corporate standpoint and threaten the implementation of the strategy of the Dopravní podnik hl. m. Praha, a.s. which was defined in strategic goals of this master's thesis, and were registered in the corporate risk management system. The integrated risk management system provides a source of information important for the strategic decision making of the Dopravní podnik hl. m. Prague, a.s., the early identification of risks and the security of key processes. This thesis also dealed with the evaluation of the current organizational security of the area solved. At the end of this thesis, recommendations were made on risk management and its possible links to other business processes.
