Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou tzv. spotřebitelských směnek. První dvě kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na vymezení funkcí směnek a pojem spotřebitele, třetí a čtvrtá kapitola analyzuje právní úpravu spotřebitelských úvěrů s ohledem na směnečné právo. This thesis deals with the issue of bills of exchange. The first two chapters focus on the purpose of bills of exchange and define the term of the consumer; the third and fourth chapters analyze the legislation concerning bills of exchange in their respective legal areas.
