Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rozpočtu v řízení podniku. Teoretická část se věnuje základním pojmům souvisejících s plány a rozpočty, jako jsou cíle a funkce rozpočtů. Následuje kritika tradičních rozpočtů a představení alternativních metod rozpočetnictví. V závěru teoretické části nechybí ani seznámení s hlavním podnikatelským rozpočtem a formou kontroly rozpočtů. Získané poznatky z teoretické části jsou aplikovány v té praktické, která se zaměřuje na proces sestavování rozpočtu konkrétního podniku a provádění jeho analýzy. Následně je proces kriticky zhodnocen a jsou navrženy možné způsoby jeho optimalizace.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with budget issues in business management. The theoretical part is devoted to basic concepts related to plans and budgets, such as their aims and functions. This is followed by a critique of traditional budgets and a presentation of alternative methods of budgeting. At the end of the theoretical part, there i salso an introduction to the master budget and the formo f budget control. Acquired knowledge gained from the theoretical part is applied in the practical part, which focuses on the process of drawing up the budget of a particular company and performing its analysis. Subsequently, the proces is critically evaluated and possible methods of its optimalization are proposed.
