Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na význam stanovení AMH jako markru ovariální rezervy. Rozdělena je do dvou částí. Teoretická část popisuje obecné pojmy neplodnosti, její příčiny a faktory, diagnostiku neplodnosti a případnou léčbu s možnými komplikacemi. Dále také zahrnuje informace o ženském pohlavním ústrojí, ovariální rezervě žen, popisuje produkci AMH a indikaci k jeho vyšetření. Součástí speciální …more

Bachelor thesis focuses on the importance of the sampling AMH as marker of ovarian reserve. It is divided into two parts. Theoretical part describes the general concepts of infertility and its causes, diagnosis of infertility and possible treatment with potential complications.
