Concept of Honor in Islam
Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na otázce cti v islámu a blízkovýchodní společnosti, a s tím souvisejícím vraždám ze cti v několika zemích Blízkého východu, jako např. Sýrii, Jordánsku, Egyptě, Palestině a Turecku.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the concept of honor in Islam and generally in the Middle Eastern societies, mainly in connection to the so called honor killings in chosen countries such as Syria, Jordan, Egypt, Palestine and Turkey.
