Adherence to the intervention of the moving program

Abstract:

Smyslem práce bylo sledování adherence k intervenčnímu pohybovému programu se snahou nalézt, co má vliv na adherenci, a co na adherenci působí. Při zkoumání pohybové aktivity je jednou z důležitých oblastí výzkumu přilnavost k pohybovému programu. Problematika přilnavosti k pohybovému programu je tématem této práce. Cílem práce je nalezení důvodů, které vedou lidi k adherenci při intervenci u pohybového programu. Tato práce není pouze teoretickou prací, ale obsahuje i samostatný výzkum. Pro účely práce bylo provedeno 6měsíční monitorování v období březen?září 2013. V rámci výzkumu byli vybráni probandi, kteří se v tomto časovém úseku podíleli na pohybovém programu. Při monitorování výsledků bylo provedeno testování fyzické zdatnosti probandů a měření pomocí přístroje ActiGraph. Největším motivačním faktorem adherence k pohybovému programu byl přínos v oblasti zdraví.

Abstract:

The main goal of this thesis is to observe the adherence to the intervention of the moving program, with the attempt to find what influences the adherence and what its impact is. When researching the moving activity, the adherence to the moving program is one of the most important research areas. ?The problems of the adherence to the moving program? is the topic of this thesis. The goal is to find the reasons that lead people to the adherence when intervened in the moving program. This thesis isn?t just a theoretical work, but it also contains the research itself. For the purpose of the research, a 6-month monitoring-period was performed from March to September, 2013. For the research, trial subjects were chosen who participated in the moving program in that time period. The monitoring captured the physical competence of the trial subjects. The monitoring of the results was done by a device called ActiGraph. The greatest motivating factor for the adherence to the moving program was the benefit in the field of health.
