Cílem mé diplomové práce je navrhnout zdravotnickému zařízení používání nástrojů fi-nančního controllingu. V první části této práce se zaměřím na teoretické poznatky o fi-nančním controllingu, které budu čerpat z dostupné literatury. The aim of my master thesis is project for medical institute using instruments of financial controlling. I will concentrate in the first part of this thesis on theoretical informations on financial controlling, which will extract from available literature.
